Intel showed its own virtual reality helmet Project Alloy to add real world objects to VR
As part of the IDF event, Intel was announcing its own virtual reality helmet called Project Alloy. This is an autonomous solution that does not require wire connection to other devices for the use of their resources.
The Chief Executive Director, Intel Brian Krjanich (Brian Krzanich), said that Project Alloy provided an understanding of " shared reality " when the elements of a real world were moved into a virtual environment. These may be objects in the hands of the user, people and objects in the vicinity. They are transmitted to the virtual environment with cameras and sensors of the device. During the demonstration, the money bill from the real world served as a tool for processing the machine in virtual reality.
